The video has both the 1st & 2nd response, then at the end his own adviser Susan Rice, says, “Obama not ready to answer 3am phone call”

Barack sounds so weak in this statement delivery, and he speaks with no conviction. This incident will hurt his image as a world leader, and tarnish his “change” theme for his followers who don’t have a clue about world events.
