Barack Obama closes his press conference in Amman, Jordan by explaining to reporters how the advice given to him from generals on the ground in Iraq would factor in to his plans to withdraw troops.

Obama says that “there is no doubt General Petraeus does not want a time table,” but Obama goes on to say that as president it would be his responsibility to find better ways to spend the 10 billion dollars a month that the war is costing America
