Video: Russian? Attacking Turkish Journalists During Georgia Invasion

Turkish television has released video of four journalists on assignment in Georgia being shot at.

The crew from NTV were in an area of Georgian-Russian fighting between the Georgian town of Gori and South Ossetia.

One of the reporters suffered head injuries which are not life-threatening.

As they came under fire, the journalists called out ‘Are you all ok guys? Calm down’ before shouting ‘Press, press’.

If you watch the windshield you will see the first bullets came through the top right. As automatic fire opens up, the driver was fortunate he ducked, you can see the bullet holes coming through the windshield on the drivers side.

These pictures were filmed on August 10, 2008.

update: The Turks have now said they are not sure if it was Russians or Pro Russian forces.
